The founder

Rüdiger Hartung, (Engineering degree), born 1967, studied Mechatronics (Mechanics-Electronics-Optics) in Dresden and Berlin.

After finishing his studies 1993 he started his professional carrier in the field of customer specific handling machines for electronic board and component manufacturing, first as a development and application engineer, later in a sales engineer position.

From 1998 to 2001 responsible Sales Manager at an IT company, selling technical software.

Since 2001 specialization on B2B business (sales and marketing) bringing complex technical products/solutions of international manufacturers into the German speaking marketplace. In this context (and prior to launching C3E):

3 years leading position (Acting General Manager and Authorized Officer with power of procuration) at the German subsidiary of a French based MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanic-Systems) company.

4 years as Country Manager Germany for a French based test software producer for electronic board tests, with sales and management responsibility throughout the German speaking territory (Central Europe).
